Sticker Sheets

Make sure your files are set up for success! 

For the best possible product, we recommend the following for your art files:

• 300 dpi resolution or higher for printing
• Ensure your file's color space is set to CMYK (otherwise colors may appear off)
• Upload any of these file formats: AI, PSD, JPEG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, PDF, or EPS
• Vector or high-resolution raster art files are preferred for best results

Sticker Sheet Specifics:

• Use at least 1/8" of space between the cut lines of your individual stickers and the edge of your sticker sheet.
• Use at least 1/16" of space between the cut line of your individual stickers and the artwork.
• Use at least 1/16" of space between the the cut lines of all the individual stickers.
• Make sure to extend the bleed at least 1/16" whenever it is necessary.
• Your cut lines should have rounded corners of at least 0.04". This makes stickers less likely to peel up once applied, and all of our stickers and Sticker Sheets will be cut with slightly rounded corners due to our production process.
• We have a maximum of 30 individual peel-off stickers per sheet.
• Our maximum sheet size is 11” x 14”.

Sticker Sheet Application Tips:

• Apply stickers to clean, flat surfaces for a secure hold 
• Press down from one peeled end and smooth out to avoid bubbles 
• Take extra caution when applying to curved surfaces (like helmets and water bottles) to prevent wrinkles 
• Glossy & matte laminations are durable outdoors and work well for bumper stickers, window decals, and more
• Dishwasher- and microwave-safe, making them great for food-safe containers
• Weatherproof & waterproof, but not meant for full submersion (e.g., underwater use) 
• Not designed for product labeling – If you need labels for bottles, jars, or packaging, check out our custom labels instead
• Not food-safe – These stickers should not be placed directly on food or edible items

When it comes to ordering custom stickers, one of the most important decisions you can make is figuring out the best size to get. Choose a size that is too small, and your design may get lost in the shuffle. Get a size that is too large, and it may fail to impress your fans or potential customers.

Here are a few size comparisons to things we see all the time.

A quarter is about an inch in diameter, and this size works great for supporting branding labels, or small easy to hand out stickers. 

An Oreo cookie is about 2 inches in diameter for a size that allows for an easy to see logo or visible designs, in a size that will still be easily seen if applied to the back of a phone or laptop.

Standard business cards are usually 2x3 inches, and ovals and rectangles in this size are popular options for custom stickers. This size is easy to share with your fans at events to get your logo out in the world.
