Wing DC Grand opening promotes community

The Wing is a female-only social club and coworking space, and they are celebrating a grand opening event this week in Washington, D.C.'s Georgetown neighborhood. They are using kiss cut stickers to promote their gathering and bring in their neighbors with free treats. At the bottom, which is a nice touch, they have their branded hashtag (#TheWingDC) that will take the conversation online. When it comes to event stickers, you want to create an experience for the user, and this sticker does just that with a scalloped pink border and smart use of typography. This sticker pulls off both of those design elements perfectly. They have the company name and the call to action so they get people in the door. This female-focused initiative will create a community around women who are working in the District, and it will provide networking, coworking space, events, and membership benefits, which include a cafe and bar called The Perch. There are also showers, a gym, meeting rooms, phone booths, an all-female art gallery, gym, bleacher seating for events, and a library. With custom logo and event stickers, this group of people will be engaged in person, online, and out in the world.
