This year marks the seventh edition of our annual StickerGiant employee cookbook. It's also a historic edition of the cookbook as it's the first time ever we are launching it digitally to be shared online from our Cookbook page. The theme was for employees to express themselves through fun gestures and emojis that were then paired one of their favorite recipes. There's a ton of variety in the recipe selections for this year, though clearly Team StickerGiant has a few go-getters up early making their breakfast choices.
The best part about this year's theme of personal expression was the process of making the GIF library that we've put out on Giphy and Tenor, two widely used GIF sharing platforms. We have a whole post about that process where you can see more of these fun pieces of multimedia.
John Fischer, our founder and CEO, visited with the podcast team in our studio to talk about how the cookbook tradition started and how StickerGiant employees help promote the company with their own awesome ideas. He also spoke about those past issues, like the 2018 theme of Day Off and employee hobbies, which was a lot of fun to learn more about our co-workers. We also had a really interesting photoshoot where we drove a Jeep into the factory. In 2017 we had a Sticker Heroes theme, which had each employee in a superhero design with a chunky comic book style font. If you know this team, it's full of superstars, whether it's up in Customer Success or in the back in Production. In 2016 we had a camping theme, and you can check out that issue in this old blog post. Going a little farther back to 2015, the theme had a fun chalkboard motif with a beautiful set of fonts and employee photos, and we wrote up a post about that issue.StickerGiants Express Themselves with Culinary Magic
