Carnegie Mellon University near Pittsburgh is bringing some magic with a TEDx that is certain to inspire, and not only will attendees walk away feeling good, they will have a fantastic sticker to make the moment last.
TEDxCMU is happening this Saturday, April 1st. No, this is not a joke. It's an all day long event with a total of nine speaks and two performances broken out into two sessions. They have an amazing line up of speakers that are going to bring a lot of energy and knowledge.

"In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxCMU, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxCMU event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized."As attendees come together to hear these ideas worth spreading, they can walk away with a custom event sticker to remember their experience.
