At StickerGiant, we love our local parks, open spaces and rivers, plus the access to nearby National Parks like Rocky Mountain and the many museums down in Denver. That's why sponsoring a local event like this year's NAI Regional Interpreter’s Workshop at beautiful Stone Mountain Park in Stone Mountain, Georgia, means a lot to us, because it's the people (the interpreters) behind these institutions that really make them special. The theme for this gathering is Interpreting Nature and History in an Urban Environment, and attendees will be networking and enjoying fields trips throughout the Atlanta region. Interpreters connect visitors to important cultural resources and help them learn about places.

Here's some more about the National Association for Interpretation (NAI) from their website:

The National Association for Interpretation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit professional organization dedicated to advancing the profession of heritage interpretation, currently serving about 5,000 members in the United States, Canada, and over thirty other nations. Individual members include those who work at parks, museums, nature centers, zoos, botanical gardens, aquariums, historical and cultural sites, commercial tour companies, and theme parks. Commercial and institutional members include those who provide services to the heritage interpretation industry.
