American Diving Supply offers diving equipment to professional divers from every part of the industry and every point on the globe. They service the military, commercial, scientific, law enforcement, and recreational diving markets, and they give their customers a chance to share their story with a custom shaped logo sticker.
Their design takes a popular phrase "Proud to be an American" and adds their brand mark (the long red swoop that makes up their company name) and pairs it with their brand logo (an old school diver) carrying an American flag. This mashup of ideas is distinctive due to the bold use of type that carries through with their company website address that drives a larger awareness to their business. You can see how the die cut on this sticker preserves their unique shape of the diver attached to the oval shape where you find their company name. There's a lot pack into a little space.
American Diving Supply owners Tom and Joan Maddox have been in the diving industry since 1973. Back in 2008, after a short hiatus from the industry, they realized that there was a strong need for a company to provide the gear and customer service to the diving industry the way they used to do it. Thus, American Diving Supply was born. A new name, a new company with the same passion for the diving and the same old standards of care and business principles that brought them to where they are today. This team takes pride in their hands-on experience selling diving equipment and their professional care. In fact, Tom was selected as a member of the last Titanic Expedition in 2005, and he co-piloted a three-man submersible to 12,500 feet below the surface to capture videos for the History Channel.
