Behold, the Motus V4 "baby block" engine. Cute, isn't it?
The ideal engine for a new American sport tourer did not exist until we built it. After careful consideration of engine configurations, valve-train options, fueling technologies, and bore/stroke combinations, the mighty V4 "baby block" was born. It is the heart and soul of every Motus MST - a 100 cubic inch, 160 horsepower, pushrod V4 that delivers massive torque with a wide, smooth powerband, low maintenance and an exhaust note that only existed in our minds until now. The engine is currently undergoing extensive durability testing and preparation for production in 2012.Sounds like one fast baby. And how cool is it that Motus has designed and developed an all-new bike? Can't wait to see these new wheels on the road!
