In the shadow of the Rocky Mountains with the sun shining three hundred days a year lies the city of Denver. Ranked number one among U.S. cities and home to the Super Bowl 50 Champion Denver Broncos. The Denver Office of Sustainability is keeping their eye on growing the city and maintaining it's current status with custom stickers expressing "Love This Place."
It's all about sustaining through investing in people, economy and nature to keep developing for future generations. In the words of the Office of Sustainability, "In short, we never settle for good; we strive for great – to be the bar by which other cities are measured. We will be nothing less than the national model of sustainability, and the defining place where the right thing to do is simply second nature."
To follow through on their mission, they have defined 2020 Sustainability Goals and are encouraging the citizens of Denver to play their part in reaching them. In doing this, they created the Love This Place Challenge. It's pretty simple, anyone who lives, works or plays in Denver fills out a form to share why they love Denver and recommend some sort of sustainability action. All participants are entered to win various prizes but everyone who fills out the form will get a FREE Love This Place sticker!
Their sticker design is a clean look with the statement "Love This Place" and their office logo on the bottom. We are excited to see the stickers popping up on cars driving around Denver soon and everyone will know these people took action to help reach the sustainability goals of the city.
