Ignite Anchorage

You just can't stop the StickerGiant from sponsoring great events! This time it's Ignite Anchorage, one of the great series of Ignite conferences held all over by dedicated volunteer staff, like Boulder Ignite 12 that we've previously covered. Ignite Anchorage has the same format of five-minute talks with 20 auto-advancing slides.

The next Ignite Anchorage conference will be held at the Alaska Experience Theater on Thursday, October 21st at 7pm, with the doors opening at 6pm. Admission is $10 ($5 for students) and all proceeds will be donated to the Anchorage Schools Foundation, so register to attend now and join us for an evening of presentations and fun. Proceeds from Ignite Anchorage 4 ticket sales will be donated to the Anchorage Schools Foundation. The Anchorage Schools Foundation is a fund of the Alaska Community Foundation that provides micro-grants to area schools. These micro-grants fund projects proposed by teachers and school staff for classroom supplies, recreational equipment and uniforms, books, technology, after-school programs, field trips and other needs.
