The Gulf Restoration Network is not what you think. Sure, they're working hard on cleaning up the hideous aftermath of last year's BP oil drilling disaster. And of course they've been supporting post-Katrina revitalization efforts. But this committed band of environmental activists have been around since 1994.
The Gulf Restoration Network is committed to uniting and empowering people to protect and restore the natural resources of the Gulf Region for future generations.Long-term thinking on global warming, species protection, and sustainable use of the entire Gulf Coast region are what get these folks out of bed in the morning. And they even have a Mardi Gras-style Healthy Gulf Krewe. Keep up the good work, guys! The planet needs you.
