Hey Sticker Fans! We hope you all had an awesome week and are ready for your New Year festivities. We thought we'd take a timeout from our regular sticker and label programming for you to meet another one of our StickerGiant Team members, Melissa.
Melissa has been with StickerGiant for two years and has played in a huge role in multiple areas of the company as it has grown.
Where are you from?
I am from Cheyenne, Wyoming. Though, I have spent most of my adult life in Colorado where I feel much more at home.
What do you like to do in your free time?
When I'm not busy being a mom, I like working on art projects or spending time at my fiance's brewery SKEYE Brewing. We also like visiting many of the other awesome breweries in our area or riding around on the motorcycle.
What's your role here at StickerGiant?
I worked the first year and a half on the Customer Service Team and am now working as part of the Shipping Team. When stickers and labels are ready I take a picture, box them up and ship them out. I love the fact that I get to see so many of the awesome stickers and labels coming through. It's also nice to be able to listen to music, move around and not be tied to a desk.
What led you to work at StickerGiant?
I was trying to move back to Colorado after a few years living in Wyoming and a friend of mine came across a job posting for StickerGiant. After researching the company, I knew it was definitely a place I wanted to work so I applied. Two interviews later I was offered the job and the rest is history!
Anything else you'd like to share?
StickerGiant is my most favorite place to work. I feel so fortunate to work with such great people doing such fun work. There are times things can be stressful but everyone is willing to pitch in where they can and it leads to a strong family feel in our work environment. I have definitely made some lifelong friends working here and feel blessed to be part of such a great team.
