Outside of just the mix up of workouts and routines, they educate about the proper food intake too. Forest Grove Crossfit uses their logo as a die cut sticker to help promote the gym. Their logo design states "Never Stop Trying" with crossbars and kettle bell weights worked into the design. It has a patriotic red, white and blue color scheme and makes a great sticker.
