Dr. Ho's was established in 1998 by original owners Jerry Danner (Dr. Ho) and Ian Wren. The restaurant was sold in summer of 2007 to Michael and Nancy McCarthy. We take great pride in handcrafting everything that goes into your food. At Dr. Ho’s, there is no short cut to good pizza. Our homemade dough is hand tossed and topped with the freshest ingredients we can source from local farms to provide you with what we hope you will find to be the best pizza around. Everything on our menu is made on premises from scratch by our dedicated kitchen staff. Our mission at Dr. Ho’s has always been to take pride in our craft. Creatively prepared honest food and gracious service is our philosophy.
Local farms? Oh yeah! That's the secret to Dr Ho's awesomesauce and delectable crust. It's all about eating local, baby! The trademark Humble Pie features green peppers, caramelized onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mozzarella, and can ya believe, it ... cheddar. On a pizza! The Good Doctor's garlic bread isn't just fat and sassy, it is Fat and Sassy with "mozzarella, cheddar & roasted garlic loaded on to Dr. Ho’s heady crust!" Tradition is broken and made, with "the best ranch dressing you’ll ever have" along with marinara sauce, y'know ... for the purists. I think I put on five pounds, just writing this. So what's for dinner? Like you gotta ask?Dr. Ho's Humble Pie

A Pizza isn't just a Pizza when it's a Dr. Ho's Humble Pie. Get your natural born boogie on and hustle over for Charlotteville's best pizza. You'll look like the cover of a twenty-dollar magazine when you step out of that limousine. But don't wear new white duds. Tomato sauce heads right for crisp white shirts like a rare earth magnet on a mission from Mars.
