Run doggie, run! Today we are tail-waggin' happy to promote the return of the Doggie Dash, a celebration of community and our four-legged friends put on by the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. This 2-mile stroll and fun run at the Boulder Reservoir. They have such a fun custom sticker with their event logo (a super happy dog near some water in front of the mountains), a fun type treatment and the Humane Society branding, all cut out in a custom shape. It's both whimsical and a clean design, which makes for a winning sticker.
The Doggie Dash isn't just a canine event, as teams of bipeds will be taking part on the course, too. And this event has a Community Expo -- with Whole Foods Market for breakfast grub, the Carabiner Coffee Company bus slinging java, and an Oskar Blues Brewery-stocked beer garden, and vendor booths. All of this, plus the opportunity to help raise funds that will support the animals at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley.
Bonus: All dashers got home with a limited-edition Doggie Dash participant medal and dog “medal” and goodie bags from the Wags and Menace Make a Difference Foundation.
