Entrepreneurs gather in the birthplace of aviation
For the week ahead, the city of Dayton, Ohio, plays host to Dayton Startup Week 2016.
It's fitting that the two once home to the Wright Brothers and now featuring the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base where scientists and engineers at the Air Force Research Laboratories are developing the latest in aerospace technology, would be a hub of entrepreneurial activity.
Dayton Startup Week from September 9th to the 16th features nine tracks ranging across the disciplines of design & development, food & beverage, funding & finance, marketing, mentoring, partner event, social/networking, startup your startup, talent & culture, and technology. With sessions and speakers that aim to inspire and educate, there will be no shortage of lessons and networking, and we are proud to supply the iconic Startup Week stickers that features the classic snow globe and cityscape of Ohio's sixth-largest town known locally as "Gem City."
