Our facility is located in the heart of downtown Niwot, Colorado. We, as a team, are dedicated to the mental and physical self-improvement of everyone that joins our community. As a smaller gym, we offer a community atmosphere where people get to know each other as well as keep each other motivated towards individual goals.Never heard of Niwot? It's named for a mid-19th century Arapaho leader, Chief Niwot (which means left-handed...because, you know, he was). His legendary "curse of Boulder Valley" was really more of an ominous proclamation: that the beauty of the place would entice newcomers to settle the area, thereby ruining the very beauty that attracted them. And...he was kind of right. But it's still beautiful!
