Brewing on the Big Island
Mehana Brewing custom logo stickers printed by StickerGiant Thinking of a cold, craft brew, usually inspires visions of river streams and the mountains. However, we turn our beer focus to the wonderful, winter getaway of Hawaii where Mehana Brewing Company and Hawaii Nui Brewing have come together to make colorful variations of great beer in a tropical setting. Mehana Brewing has a very unique history having gone from making soda to making beer in the 1990s. They originally started up in the 1920s as Hilo Soda Works offering unique rainbow packs of different color sodas. In more recent years. Mehana Brewing has combined efforts with Hawaii Nui Brewing to bring a full line up of great craft brews in Hilo on the big Island of Hawaii. Going forward new brews will carry the Hawaii Nui brand but the traditional Mehana Brews will keep their current branding and name. An ode to the history of Hilo Soda Works, Mehana has carried on the rainbow color theme with their beer types using all different colors of the rainbow. To keep the colors and feeling of Hawaii, Mehana used A&B Designs & Services to create their custom labels and then printed them on our glossy white labels for that glossy shine to their brand. Every brand deserves a colorful shine.
