In the old days, bleary-eyed students rode steam engines and lugged around standardized test study guides the size of phone books. (Forget about those steam engines, anyone remember phone books?) That all changed when the Internet rolled into town. Trees rejoiced, as the online revolution crashed the test preparation party with an over-sized cow catcher. But the change tied hapless pupils to computers. An epidemic raged, as scores of students passed out at their keyboards, only to wake up with Sharpie drawings all over their faces. A beacon of light appeared. (It was not your dorm RA with a flashlight and a surefire hangover cure.) Never mind the Sandman, enter BenchPrep ...
BenchPrep makes test prep courses that you can access on your computer, iPhone, Android and iPad. We partner with publishers with expert education content and pack the course full of review questions, reading material, quizzes and tests, and performance reports. Since our launch, we have had overwhelming support from educators, publishers, bloggers, investors, and especially the over 200,000 students who have used and loved our product.
That's right, kids ... we're goin' mobile. Now get off my lawn! Courses are available in six major categories: College Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Certifications & Licensing, High School Courses, College Courses, and Civil Service. All the biggies are there: SAT, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, PCAT ... there's something for all the cats. And rest assured, it's not just about getting into college or getting a degree ... it's about getting a job. There are prep courses for firemen, police officers, and postal employees. That covers a lot of track. (Or tracks, if you really want to go for the bad pun.)
