Deep winter is upon us, and Spark R&D is ready with a variety of custom shaped die cut stickers to help take their brand to new heights. Their creative spark has turned into a full-fledged fire, with designs and messaging that their fans will love and will rock from Lake Tahoe to Killington, Vermont and ski resorts all over the world.
Based in Bozeman, Montana, Spark R&D is a rider owned and operated splitboard binding and accessory shop. They serve snow enthusiasts with top-notch gear for their all-terrain needs, and recently they printed up four different promotional stickers that feature their logo and custom designs. Check them out below.
They have a "Waiting for Pow" sticker that features a meditating splitboarder calling to the snow gods for more of the fluffy white stuff. There's a black, red-white-and-blue logo sticker on a circle shape that keeps it simple and reinforces their brand. Then there's the mountain-filled circle that has a Spark R&D flag on top of the summit of a few peaks. Lastly there's the illustration of a mountain and bright red sun rising in the background, with a custom shape for the base of the mountain that holds their company name. With fun options to choose from, their team can include any of these stickers in an order, or customers can grab one to slap on their boards.
The first flames started for Spark R&D back in 2006, when their founder, Will, a mechanical engineer, started designing a splitboard specific binding to improve the backcountry experience for splitboarders and snowboarders. From there, of course there were some ups and downs along the way (but that's what mountain sports are all abut, right?).
Fast forward over a decade and through those rough patches, and Spark R&D is a thriving, sticker-power business that designs, 3D scans, 3D prints, CNC machines, CNC turns, bends, punches, cuts, tumbles, anodizes, injection molds, prints, laser engraves, assembles, inspects, tests, packages, and ships all of their products in-house. Talk about a thorough, full-service business. If you're looking to find some of their gear, check out their dealer locator.
They've even got a team of riders, ambassadors and guides that help rep their brand (and take their stickers!) all over the world as they chase the best lines.
